Worst English teacher at IHS; she grades essays and assignments on the last day of the semester (giving u no room to retake). Her "mind maps" are a waste of time and aren't remotely relevant to essay writing - which is literally what the IB exam is on and what she's supposed to prepare you for. Also the poetry and drama units are useless.

Quinones has unfortunately been a very slow grader, even for a class such as English. She doesn't provide great feedback and it will be up to you to learn what she specifically wants to get a good grade. The content she teaches is alright, I just wish she would've been more clear.
